Lake Murray Terrace Homeowners Association is comprised of 230 condominium homes in San Diego.
Elections are held annually with each Director serving a two year term.
Board of Directors Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month starting at 11:00 a.m. Please contact 360 Community Management for the link to the meeting.
Homeowners who have issues or concerns they would like to bring before the Board may do so during Homeowner Open Forum which is held at the end of the Open Session of the Board Meeting.
Routine maintenance issues can be reported to 360 Community Management at any time, by clicking here. Waiting for a meeting is not necessary.
